Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website and TelcaVoIP services, the user declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
TelcaVoIP International provides VoIP telephony services, cloud marketing solutions, CRM systems, international numbering and other business communication services. Specific details of each service are described in the relevant pages and individual contracts.
Payments and Billing
Service prices are indicated on the relevant pages. Payment is made according to the methods agreed upon at activation. TelcaVoIP reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days notice. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend services.
Limitations of Liability
TelcaVoIP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months. We do not guarantee that services will always be available or error-free.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Polish law for the European headquarters and Delaware State law for the US headquarters. For any dispute relating to these terms, the court of the applicable registered office will have jurisdiction.
